Processing & Delivery

• All orders include FREE SHIPPING.
• Delivery takes 7–15 working days.
• Delivery time depends on your location and your local courier's process.
• Shipping methods: depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
• Customers are responsible for local taxes, duties and customs charges.
• We currently ship worldwide, to most countries.

Order Cancellation

• You may request a cancellation within 5 minutes of placing your order.
• Approval depends on the processing status at our fulfilment centre and is only available on credit card payments.

Returned to Sender

Where an item comes back to us because of an incorrect or insufficient address:

• A restocking fee of $10 USD applies where the return results from an incorrect address or a refusal of delivery and the item is returned to us.
• No refund is issued where the package is destroyed and never returned to the warehouse.
• Where a package is refused or undeliverable after all delivery attempts, up to 50% of the purchase price is charged as a resale and logistics fee.

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Where a courier has marked a package as delivered but it has not reached you, responsibility for the investigation sits with the shipping carrier. To take a claim forward, we need a Certification of Loss from the courier.
